The business park is part of the Global City mixed-use project which also includes a Residential Project and a Health-Care Project. The total value of the Global City project is approximately 200 million Euro. Being one of the largest office developments in Romania, with an area of more than 84,000 sqm of rentable area the business park comprises 2 main cores each incorporating 3 wings (having 3, 6 and respectively 10 upper floors) and 2 common underground parking levels. After completion it has been tenanted by companies such as: Coca-Cola, Totalsoft, Ford, Daewoo and Luxten. Global City BP was voted in 2012 as “the best office building” in the Pipera-Voluntari Area”.


ACMS GC was selected as the general contractor for this project given the track record established with the construction of large project office buildings and business parks. Tenant fit-outs can quickly become more complex and more time consuming then the main construction works itself. This is why the developer required a company that understands the specific procedures of tenant coordination and tenant fit-outs, a company that is able to deliver a multitude of solutions which can fit the requirements of any client and to adjust the project based on its needs
